ProACT: Total Care

The Total Care Plan provides seamless end-to-end support of your data infrastructure and includes all the services included in the ProACT Foundation and ProACT Advanced plans. 


The Total Care plan provides additional fully covered management services, including help desk services and managed backup.  The ProACT managed backup backs up your critical data at your location and then replicates the data offsite to guard you against loss-of-premises or loss-of-equipment disasters. Total care also adds an internet-level service that provides inbound email spam/virus protection and positions you for additional filtering and encryption services should you require them.


As a Total Care customer, you receive priority service for all issues and requests affecting your business.

In summary, the Total Care plan is a fully managed end-to-end outsourced IT Solution, including all of the services provided in the ProACT Foundation and ProACT Advanced plans as well as these additional features:
