Title:
Account Manager/Technology Sales
Overview:
The purpose of the position is to increase the existing customer base by generating interest in the company’s services and products.
Responsibilities:

Work with active customers to develop a deep understanding of their needs and translate those needs into requirements that satisfy their demands.

Qualify new sales opportunities for current customers

Perform sales procedures through activities and opportunities compliant with defined policies and procedures

Meet or exceed annual sales revenue and gross margin goals as defined by management
-
Perform proposal writing and prepare sales information for customers
-
Develop an in-depth knowledge of our services and products and how it relates to customer’s needs
-
Manage on-going customer account relationships.

Develop and maintain solid business relationships within the various decision-makers and influencers at all levels at each account.
Required Qualifications:
-
Ideal qualified candidates will have IT sales experience employed by a VAR/Solution Provider and have the ability to overcome obstacles, achieve sales goals, articulate ideas clearly and concisely

Knowledge of current IT vocabulary, terminologies and technology trends.

Demonstrated ability and comfortable with outbound cold-calling

Excellent sales skills including proficiency of the English language and have strong communication and effective presentation skills

Preferred candidate will have prior experience selling advance technology solutions for Cisco, Citrix, VMware, Microsoft, HP and others

Strong collaboration skills and ability to work closely and effectively with members across departments and at all levels of the organization.
